Recruiter
The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate, sales, operations, and manager positions across the organization. This role serves as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate, sales, operations, and manager positions across the organization.
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth objectives, workforce planning initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
Partner closely with business leaders, department heads, and executive leadership to understand hiring needs, organizational priorities, and future talent requirements.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, industry associations, and professional organizations.
Source passive and active candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networking platforms, industry-specific job boards, employee referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns.
Conduct candidate assessments, prescreens, and evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural alignment, and leadership competencies.
Manage requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring positions are accurately approved, posted, tracked, and filled in accordance with company processes.
Drive executive and leadership searches, partnering with senior leaders to identify, attract, and secure high-impact talent.
Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, career fairs, and other professional events.
Ensure candidates complete all pre-employment requirements, including background investigations, drug screenings, credential verification, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities and partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate documentation, talent pipelines, and hiring data within ATS and HRIS platforms.
Communicate proactively with hiring managers, business leaders, and executive leadership regarding hiring progress, talent market trends, recruiting challenges, and workforce needs.
Support special talent acquisition projects, workforce planning initiatives, organizational growth strategies, and other duties assigned.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Broad knowledge of core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and talent management platforms such as Paycom or Workday.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Strong active listening skills with the ability to respond to employee questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and operate effectively as part of a team.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
