Responsibilities :
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract top talent in business development roles.
- Candidate Assessment : Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Negotiation and Offer Management : Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the offer stage.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Relationship Building : Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search process.
