We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent team. You will execute high-quality talent searches, professionalize our in-house recruitment, and work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company teams to ensure a strategic hiring process. Your focus will be on sourcing and engaging top executive talent to enhance our searches.
- Partner with Talent team members and work closely with hiring managers and founders to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct deep sourcing efforts to identify top-tier candidates across industries.
- Develop market mapping and pipelines for leadership roles.
- Lead outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
- Participate in weekly meetings with portfolio hiring teams, providing updates and insights.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize sourcing workflows.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and communication practices.
- 1–3 years of experience in executive search or similar high-level recruiting roles.
- Experience supporting executive searches in high-growth tech companies, especially in software, internet, or consumer sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience managing candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset and process improvement focus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs.
- Be part of a high-impact, in-house talent team supporting company growth.
