Job descriptionBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related specialty). Minimum of 2 years of related experience in physician recruitment is required. Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Expertise in medical recruiting and possess a strong understanding of employment law and compliance. Exceptional interviewing and talent assessment abilities Capable of effectively evaluating candidates for suitability. Expertise in negotiating employment offers, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensuring positive candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Provide services and support for the following areas : Develop and execute comprehensive physician recruitment strategies aligned with the needs and goals of the organization. Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles within the medical staff. Screen, source, and engage candidates through various channels, including job postings, networking, and recruitment events. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Ensure compliance with employment law, HR regulations, and medical recruiting standards. Develop and manage job postings, negotiate employment offers, and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS). Enhance the talent pipeline and deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employment authorization processes and ensure all compliance requirements are met. Work collaboratively with the Vice President of Physician Practice. Participate in regional and national networking events. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition. A Great Place to Work for the third year in a row!
