Temp role
- Full-cycle recruitment for the entire organization
- Works in close coordination and cooperation with management to fill organization vacancies
- Posts and regularly refreshes active job postings on both internal and external sites
- Fills positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner, adhering to Federal and California and Licensing standards, and otherwise ensuring compliance through proper documentation and fairness throughout the recruitment process
- Screens candidates for technical and cultural competencies through review of applications and resumes
