Job descriptionAbility to operate a sit-down forklift, cherry picker and reach truck Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Ability to push / pull a picking cart. Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Ability to safely climb a ladder to pick orders that aren’t on ground level. Ability to use a manual pallet jack. SPA , a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Temp to Hire 3rd Shift Picker Processor Lead to support our Milford, OH facility. As a Picker Processor Lead, you will be responsible for the daily processing of product shipping orders including both domestic and international shipments. You will also be responsible for training new Picker Processors on correct shipping procedures. 3rd shift hours are from 8pm-6 : 30am Sunday through Wednesday.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION :
- Use RF scanner to accurately pick orders from bin locations.
- Process shipping orders domestic and international
- Learn and adhere to certain packing / labeling criteria required by our customers to prevent chargebacks.
- Train new Picker Processors on correct shipping procedures.
- Prioritize orders on the belt to ensure 100% accuracy.
- QA orders that are being packed to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts of inventory.
- Process special projects as requested by Account Managers or Shipping Supervisor, including miscellaneous, re-label or re-barcode orders requiring special shipping.
- Move a manual pallet jack to move pallets around the Shipping Department as well as to pick larger truck orders.
- General warehouse cleaning / maintenance.
- Follow all food-safety guidelines.
