Aboutour Fulfillment Operations team :  The FulfillmentOperations team fulfills customer orders for Transcorp's retailpartners. We strive to provide exceptional service to everycustomer, maximize efficiency in our operations, and create a safeand fulfilling workplace for our teammembers.

Highlights :  TheFulfillment Associate will work in a retail, temperature-controlledenvironment. This role reports to the Fulfillment Shift Supervisorand completes orders by picking and filling boxes and / orcontainers. This role will pick, package, and stage orders; stockand refill products; and ensure that the facility remains clean andsafe.

• Availabilityto work night shifts (e.g., 1 PM - 11 : 30PM).

Unloadand inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, andcompliance

Putaway products to inventorylocations

Periodsof time spent in acooler

Pick,pack and stage incomingorders

Collectand handoff orders to deliverymodalities

Validateaccuracy of locations through cyclecounting

Minimizewaste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'First In, FirstOut'practices

Retrieveany "quarantine" product from shelves : expiring,recall

Organizenon-sold product; i.e., re-shelvingreturns

Usecarts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move itemsaround

Performother duties as assigned (cleaning, specialtasks / projects / assignments,etc…)

Performthis job safely in accordance with standard operating proceduresand good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health orsafety of self orothers.

Ensureworkspace, shelves, and aisles are clean and organized according toour health and safetystandards

ABOUTYOU

Abilityto understand and follow safety, quality, and proceduralstandards

Atleast 18 years ofage

Experienceworking in fulfillment or retail environment(preferred)

Abilityto do thefollowing :

Liftup to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift / bend, twist, squat, kneel,turn,reach

Remainstanding or walking for the duration of the shift excluding mealperiods and breaks asapplicable

Abilityto walk up and down stairs andladders

Pushand or pull carts and otherequipment

Operatematerial handling equipment with associated training (e.g. palletjack)

Flexibleschedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and / orweekends
