Who We're Looking For : Candidates with the ability to build noncomplex optical / electrical / mechanical sub-assemblies within quality requirements. This person should be reliable and detail oriented. What to Expect as a Assember / Packer : -Follow standard work processes as provided -Ability to build Digital Radiography equipment and associate sub-assemblies within quality requirements.-This position will require carefully unpacking / dis-assembling parts and equipment. Then packing / re-assembly as per work instructions.-Accurately records data and provides input / feedback during team discussions.-Provide input or feedback during team discussions -Engage with team members and work effectively with others -Operates with direct supervisory support.-Comply with all company policies & regulations Qualifications for Success : -HS Diploma or GED / HSE or 2+ years of Manufacturing / Assembly experience-Electrical or Mechanical Assembly experience preferred-Familiarity with small hand tools -Decision making and problem-solving skills -Be organized and have excellent attention to detail -Knowledge of safety, lean manufacturing and process improvement is helpful -Basic computer skills Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
