Job descriptionReview and revise the overall job plan as needed. Update the schedule delivery calendar as necessary. Analyze prior project and safety performance for improvements. Identify and address safety concerns in each work area. Complete required Safety Observations. Collaborate with Field Operations and the Project Manager to select project manpower. Create a Completion List to minimize rework. Submit daily payroll timesheets through Crew Connect. Ensure availability of tools and equipment to complete daily tasks. High school diploma or GED required. Strong decision-making skills, free from personal bias. Excellent communication skills. Maintain a positive attitude daily. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical industry or completion of a JATC apprenticeship program with at least 5 years in a leadership or foreman role. OSHA 30 certification required.
