About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Pizza Store Manager to join our vibrant team at SARPINOS Pte Limited in the Bukit Timah Central Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pizza store, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of the team.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve established sales and operational targets
Oversee the preparation and delivery of pizzas to maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory, stock control, and order processing to ensure the store is well-stocked and efficient
Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement operational improvements and drive business growth
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal requirements
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar assistant management or supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency

Sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
