Envirogen is a leading provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions, and we are currently seeking a talented Plant Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of our treatment plants, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with all operational standards.
As a Plant Technician , your primary duties will include monitoring plant equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, executing operational protocols, and conducting quality assurance checks. You will work closely with engineers and other technical staff to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with hands-on experience in a plant or industrial environment. A commitment to safety and environmental stewardship is paramount, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Requirements
- Experience as a technician in a plant or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to monitor and operate complex machinery.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
