Job descriptionBachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of foundry environments. Experience with leadership and people management. Experience with building incentive-based rates for production. Experience with labor management systems. Experience with project management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good math and measurement skills. Independent and self-motivated. Great problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory skills, including training, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Thorough knowledge of company health, safety, and environmental policies. Extensive knowledge of production processes and equipment. Ability to lead change management initiatives. Minimum of 7 years of plant management experience. Proven track record in leadership and continuous improvement. Strong background in operations analysis and budgeting. Ability to develop and implement incentive-based rates for production. Expertise in using labor management systems to optimize workforce productivity. Experience leading facility improvement and expansion projects.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize ERP software to streamline production processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
- Schedule production activities to meet deadlines.
- Recruit and train staff to build a high-performing team.
- Conduct high-level operations analysis to identify areas for improvement.
