Established in 1961 , FLOFORM is proud to be recognized as one of the Best Managed Companies in North America .Due to continued growth, our Boise, ID branch is seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Manager to lead our production operations. Position Summary The Manufacturing Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, leading and developing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement to meet operational and business objectives. Desired Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (building materials, home fixtures, furniture, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop employees
- Comfortable handling challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of operating specialized tools and machinery
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software
