You will serve as a vital on-site leader, overseeing complex finish and repair work for a trusted name in New York construction. This role empowers you to showcase your diverse craftsmanship while guiding a team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You will have the autonomy to manage projects independently and the support of a company that values professional growth and teamwork.
Execute advanced carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks to ensure project excellence.
Supervise and direct crew members on job sites to maintain high productivity.
Interpret and execute detailed project plans, scopes, and technical specifications.
Coordinate the installation and repair of structural and decorative finish elements.
Implement strict quality control measures and safety standards across all work areas.
Resolve real-time technical challenges and logistical issues to prevent project delays.
Maintain professional communication with clients and supervisors to ensure project transparency.
Proven experience as a carpenter, painter, and plasterer within a commercial environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage job site activities effectively.
Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for regional travel.
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
Proficiency in problem-solving and time-management for fast-paced construction timelines.
Extensive experience in high-end residential or complex commercial renovations.
Formal knowledge of OSHA safety standards and field implementation.
Proven track record of training or mentoring junior team members.
