Position Details :

Location : Houston, TX (100% onsite; no remote work)

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : Competitive base salary + Commission + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Do :

New Business Development - Identify, engage, and secure new clients to drive revenue growth.
Lead Generation - Research and pursue new business leads and opportunities.
Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Process Management - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve Results - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

What You Bring :

3-5+ years of proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ambitious and self-driven with a passion for growth.

Exceptional communication & persuasion skills to connect with clients.

Problem-solver who can proactively address customer needs.

Strong team player who can collaborate while managing individual responsibilities.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent sales / business development experience.

Bonus : Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus!
