Job Summary :

Client  is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to support a large program.  Which is responsible for enforcing federal antitrust laws and promoting fair competition in the marketplace.

The Senior Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You will ensure that the platform is scalable, highly available, secure, and cost-efficient. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, security teams, and development teams, to implement cutting-edge cloud solutions that meet business requirements and enhance overall operational performance.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team, leveraging the latest in cloud technologies to optimize the platform, automate processes, and ensure a robust, enterprise-grade cloud environment.

This work is located onsite in the DC area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based platform solutions using Azure services (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Storage).
• Collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand requirements and design cloud solutions that align with business needs and IT strategy.
• Architect cloud solutions to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization in a multi-cloud or hybrid environment.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, and Azure DevOps.

This is a Full Time ,Contract opportunity.

Location : Washington DC   (onsite 5 days)

Contract : 6+ Month (Possibly Conversion after 6 month )

Pay Rate : $60-65  Per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
