Opening: Driver Helper / Freight Handler (Lumper) Location: Anchorage, AK Schedule: Monday – Friday (some early mornings or variable shifts) Pay: $18.00 an hour DOE COMPANY INFO: We are partnering with a well-established transportation and logistics company seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to support delivery operations. This team plays a key role in ensuring freight is delivered safely and efficiently across Alaska. WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Driver Helper / Freight Handler, you will assist drivers with loading, unloading, and handling freight to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Load and unload freight from trucks safely and efficiently Assist drivers with deliveries at various locations Organize and stage freight for transport or delivery Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage Follow delivery schedules and assist with route efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support warehouse or dock operations as needed WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Previous warehouse, labor, or delivery experience preferred (not required) Willingness to work flexible or early shifts as needed WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Competitive pay Opportunity for overtime Consistent, steady work Great entry point into the transportation and logistics industry Potential for long-term or permanent placement
