Job descriptionMust have a valid Plumbing Contractors license. High school diploma. Requires advanced knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, including but not limited to, water distribution and disposal systems, heating and ventilation systems and appliances. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment. Strong customer service orientation required. Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel. Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsible for the overall maintenance, repair and installation of all existing and new plumbing components of the building and grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and takes corrective action to ensure plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems are maintained and operate as needed.
- Manage and repair issues with water supply lines
- Repair and replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
- Understand layout of plumbing waste disposal and water supply systems.
- Carries out assigned work procedures and work schedules.
- Performs other facilities related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
Qualifications

Licenses, Certifications, Registration : Requires a Professional Occupational License.
Tuesday - Saturday 8AM to 4PM
Lunch is paid but considered on call and may be interrupted to take care of maintenance needs that arise.
