Pay: $18 to $24 per hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities
Reliable 5-day workweek with either a Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule
No Sunday shifts and no after-hours service calls

Perform or assist with 4 to 5 residential plumbing service calls daily
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues with support from senior technicians
Repair and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, drains, and water lines
Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers’ homes
Learn residential plumbing service techniques, safety standards, and best practices
Work closely with experienced plumbers and mentors to develop technical skills
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Serve residential customers throughout the Carrollton, Texas service area

Texas State Board Apprentice License required
Valid driver’s license required
Must live within approximately a 20-mile radius of Carrollton, TX 75007
Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs regularly

Ability to follow safety procedures and company service standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Authorization to work in the United States
Participation in standard pre-employment hiring steps required by company policy
