If you're passionate about heating systems, fault diagnosis, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we want to hear from you The Role : As a Remedial Engineer at Green Home Systems, you'll be responsible for carrying out repairs and fault-finding tasks within customers' premises. The role will involve working on a range of heating systems, including heat pumps, removing radiators, and resolving issues with low-temperature heating systems. Youll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and rectify faults within heating systems, including heat pumps and low-temperature systems. Remove and replace radiators as part of remedial works. Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on heating systems within residential properties. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Support heating design team with surveys when required. Requirements : NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing or Heating. Unvented qualification (G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems). Strong understanding of low-temperature heating systems. Proven experience within the heating industry. Expertise in fault-finding and system diagnostics. Preferred : NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in the Installation & Maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps. Benefits : Competitive salary, 35,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience). 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM). Company vehicle provided. Company pension scheme.
