THE WORK
As the Common Test Solutions Program Manager, you will manage and execute multiple contracts with the United States Navy and Air Force, ensuring performance across all program elements—cost, schedule, and technical execution. This role focuses on the successful execution of programs under the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) vehicle in collaboration with another Line of Business within Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS). Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading cross-functional teams, integrating professionals from engineering, supply chain, operations, and support functions.
- Managing cost, schedule, and performance to meet contract baselines.
- Driving processes, managing risks and opportunities, and developing corrective actions as needed.
- Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding the priorities of both the Navy and Air Force.
- Contributing to future business strategy by defining solutions, capturing new contracts, and participating in proposals.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced program manager with a strong background in managing complex defense contracts. You have a strategic mindset, an ability to integrate data, and a talent for leading diverse teams toward a common goal. You thrive in high-visibility roles and have a deep understanding of customer priorities and expectations. You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
