Responsibilities include: maintain core data on the projects in the program collaborate with project teams on defining and maintaining deliverables and status reporting manage financials ensuring projects stay within budget hiring approvals, forecasting and then allocation to projects facilitate fixed price contracts and set up in the vendor management system fixed price and time & material renewals maintain team rosters track license & software agreements initial procurement through renewals.
