The Dealer Trade Associate is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely recording of inventory for both Internal and 3rd Party Dealer Trades submitted by Stores.

Organizational Relationships :

Interacts with internal customers at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive and verify Dealer Trade information submitted
• Add or verify incoming Dealer Trade unit into ANSIR / AAU
• Post Dealer Trades into CDK by using both Journal Entries for Internal Trades and creating Deals in F&I for 3rd party trades.
• Assist with processing other incoming new and used vehicle units into system database as needed
• Follow-up on accounting inventory questions
• Other assigned responsibilities, as needed

This is largely a sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors.
