ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

- Pay Considerations - The salary range for the position is $77,633.37 - $124962.89 (Data Analyst) and $83632.67- $135,078.16 (Senior Data Analyst) Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience.
- Work Schedule - This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, (36 hour work week) Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm.
THE ROLE
Under general supervision, performs technical and analytical services that involve collecting and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Communicates findings to business users in order to drive business decisions while following data quality, security, and governance standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a background in public sector data management with current certifications in data analytics (Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent) and / or data management (Certified Data management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent) and at least four years of experience in data analytics, and business intelligence with expertise in python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. Experience with geospatial analysis and tools is also preferred. They will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to data governance and security, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business decision making. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, effectively communicate with stakeholders and executive staff while ensuring data integrity and quality are in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Preferred : Experience in Data Science
education.
