We are seeking a visionary Director of Data Science to define and drive our data science endeavors for Indeed's Marketing organization. The Marketing Data Science and Business Intelligence (MDSBI) organization partners with Marketing and collaborates across the SMB, Job Seeker, Brand, Enterprise, and Global Marketing teams. Your role will entail shaping and executing Indeed's AI strategy for Marketing measurement and driving optimal allocation and returns on our Marketing spend. You will guide our organization in pursuing the strategy and, through innovation, make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of people who use Indeed every day. As AI technology, Marketing and job markets evolve rapidly, your role will be essential in shaping the future of acquisition for both job seekers and employers.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the data science roadmap, aligning with broader company goals + Build and improve all components of our Marketing measurement framework including Marketing Mix models, Multi-Touch attribution and Intercementality testing. + Manage teams of data scientists and data engineers, nurturing their growth and ensuring delivery of key projects + Communicates how campaigns, campaign measurement and business outcomes can be transformed with Machine Learning (ML) and AI across the broad organization + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance user and marketer experiences + Foster external partnerships, stay updated with industry trends, and ensure our data practices remain at the forefront of technological advancements

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
