What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education, math, science, or a related field. Teaching certification in the relevant subject area is preferred. Prior teaching experience, particularly at the middle school level, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass both state and federal background checks. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
