Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the international trucking and port drayage industry who is looking for a well qualified Sale Support Specialist to help support their sales team. As a Sales Support Specialist you will be in charge of supporting all account managers and handling all customer correspondence and other admin related duties. This opportunity is located in Long Beach and will be in the office full time paying between $31-$35 / hr depending on experience. Experience coming from the international ocean freight forwarding or port drayage industry is a must for this role.

Job Specifications :

• Providing and supporting all sales facilitation

Addressing any customer feedback and concerns

Producing reports for the sales team

Efficiently processing and managing incoming leads

At least 2 years of Sales Support experience required for role

At least 2 years of experience in international ocean freight forwarding or Port Drayage required

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction

MS Office Suite - excel is a must

Experience with working with a CRM, Dynamics and Salesforce experience preferred

Exceptional communication skills, and a can-do attitude
