Part-time Porter Jobs in Newark, NJ

We're currently looking for a responsible individual to fill the role of Porter in one of our prime locations in New York, NY. This is a part-time position. As a Porter, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our properties.

Rate : $21.00 / hour

Schedule : M-W-F (5 hours / day) 8am - 1pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Follow established schedules and procedures for trash collection and disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells.
• Clean and upkeep exterior grounds, sidewalks, and trash areas.
• Sweep and mop stairwells monthly, with weekly inspections.
• Promptly report any damages to ensure timely repairs.
• Clean and maintain all finished interior spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, furniture, and restrooms, and removing trash.
• Promote safety by placing hazard signs, such as "Wet Floor" and "Wet Paint" signs, as needed.
• Report any equipment or maintenance issues to the manager.
• Clean and maintain unfinished floors, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

Requirements :
