We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Portfolio Assistant with experience in commercial real estate to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the portfolio management team, helping to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping for our commercial real estate assets.

This job is onsite in South Seattle. 8am-5pm, M-F.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with the management of commercial real estate portfolios, including tracking financial transactions, leases, and property details

Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations

Handle accounts payable / receivable and assist with invoice processing

Coordinate with tenants, property managers, and vendors to resolve issues

Assist with data entry and maintaining property databases

Help ensure compliance with property regulations and reporting requirements

Requirements :

Experience in a portfolio support or administrative role, preferably within commercial real estate (At least 3-5 years)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi)

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

Prior commercial real estate experience is a must

Strong administrative and problem-solving skills

A collaborative and adaptable team player
