The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for distributing and handling incoming and outgoing mail / faxes, including folding and inserting documents into envelopes. This role requires the ability to manage physical tasks and basic computer functions while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail / faxes.
Fold and insert documents into envelopes for mailing.
Track information using computer systems (basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Perform occasional lifting of 50lbs or more with assistance.
Ensure efficient processing and handling of mail within the organization.
