Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation : Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.
- Inbound Calls : Efficiently handle incoming calls - addressing questions and offering solutions.
- Policy Customization : Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
- Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.
- Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.

- Prior experience within an Allstate agency is highly preferred, but not required.
