General Summary :
We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive environment for all staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
This is a part-time, onsite position working Tuesday through Thursday from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM .
Key Responsibilities :
Facilities Operations & Support :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and service requests
- Manage tickets in the ServiceNow portal, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and space
- Oversee seating arrangements, employee moves, and space planning
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and building management for service coordination
- Prepare and maintain weekly reports on project status, service issues, and resolutions
- Ensure meeting rooms are configured daily and stocked with necessary supplies
- Perform light custodial duties in common areas as needed
