Job Description : As a Office Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in :

  • Monitoring office needs, ordering supplies, overseeing provider trainings.
  • Ensuring office, provider and member compliance.
  • Participating in company events, meetings, and maintaining strong community partner relationships.
  • Staying compliant with state DDD & AHCCCS policies through regular review and audits.
  • Handling other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Prior experience in roles such as Admin Assistant ,Office Coordinator / Manager, or Direct Support Professional.
  • A genuine passion for the special needs community and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities programs and service systems in Arizona.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with knowledge of HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with familiarity using Apple products & Google Drive.
  • Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card.
  • Subject to a search of both the Child Protective Services Central Registry and the Adult Protective Services Registry.
