Holitna is looking for a full-time Warehouse Worker for our location in Milpitas, CA. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Ensuring and processing necessary paperwork, preparing shipments, and assisting the receiving department. Candidates must have previous forklift experience.

Shift : 7am to 3 : 30pm, Monday through Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies, damages, and report problems promptly to the appropriate person.
• High usage of scanning and PDF of documents cloud storage.
• Interact with procurement, order entry, customer service, trucking companies, and customers to address issues.
• Prepare items accurately for shipment according to customer orders / instructions by retrieving from the warehouse, packaging, and documenting correct shipment details.
• Check that goods advised match goods rec'd, check PO for qty's and due date.
• Sign for incoming deliveries.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation in a neat and orderly manner.
• Perform light maintenance duties such as mopping, sweeping, cleaning windows, taking out garbage daily.
• Report shipping and receiving details to the appropriate department on a regular and timely basis.
• Produce dispatch notes, picking lists and labels, as necessary.
• Assist with inventory and reorganization of warehouse.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
