Client in the Romeoville area has an immediate opening for a Postal Logistics Specialist on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of USPS postal regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of postal affairs.
• Responsible for optimizing mailing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with Co-Mingle, Co-Pal, and postal sort strategy.
• Maintain records of postage expenditures, mailing volumes, and compliance paperwork.
• Conduct audits of mailing practices and procedures.
• Manage relationship with the US post office and negotiate postage rates.
• Communicate with production and logistics teams to streamline mailing processes.
