Job Description :
Are you interested in working on large-scale industrial construction projects? We want to match you up with the projects that inspire you and support your professional growth. The Perry Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent (Construction Manager) with a strong background in heavy industrial construction, particularly in power and electrical systems. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity that involves 100% travel to project locations across the United States.
Particular responsibilities may vary from project to project; however, they essentially include :
Overseeing the field operations of a project from a standpoint of safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, conformances to drawings, specifications, and customer relations.
Working independently and utilizing value judgment without direct supervision.
Preparing contract extras and progress payments for client approval in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Utilizing expertise to ensure contractor work is correct, safe, and meets the intent of the drawings.
Maintaining comfortable business relations with the clients.
Meeting project schedule.
Providing proper correspondence with clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
Maintaining responsive, smooth relations with parallel operations within The Perry Group.
Maintaining on-site records and files per The Perry Group document control requirements.
Understanding The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement.
Following the Quality Systems Work Instructions.
Providing accurate information in the Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
Collaborating with the Construction Manager to monitor and manage the construction schedule.
Pay Range Minimum : $100,000.00
Pay Range Maximum : $153,000.00

Minimum Qualifications :
Six (6) or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or,
Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience with an Associate degree or,
Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Bachelor or Associate degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar technical field.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience leading construction on large-scale, heavy industrial projects, including varying subcontractor disciplines (i.e., manufacturers, food and beverage companies, chemical companies, powerplants, and substations)
Prior electrical experience on power projects
OSHA 30
Ability to work at project locations throughout the United States

Background Check and Drug Testing Information :
