Responsibilities
Based in Stamford, the Executive Assistant will be part of the Power Opportunities group, and will provide administrative support to the Portfolio Manager and additional team members.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, managing mail packages and office deliveries, and maintaining reception area
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, conference calls and events;
- Organizing client / internal meetings, including conference room set-up;
- Ordering catering and refreshments for weekly staff lunches and other meetings within the office;
- Ordering office supplies (copy paper, pens / pencils, envelopes, desktop accessories);
- Scheduling travel arrangements (domestic and international) and managing expense reports;
- Answering, screening and managing incoming phone calls; and
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Base Salary
$75,000 - $115,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and / or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
