Key Responsibilities
Optimize support for Supervisors and Practice Administrators at various sites
Lead team activities and assist in monitoring operational performance
Manage implementation of programs to improve site operations and provide mentorship to team members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of progressive operations or management experience
Experience in healthcare management, including hospital and physician practice management
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of physician management roles in the healthcare environment
