Job description
A company is looking for a Practice Success Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Support operationalization of practice implementation and performance management strategies
Coordinate and execute Practice Success governance and pillar meetings
Maintain accurate data across CRM platforms and produce reports for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
4-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or related roles
Experience supporting physician practices or working within value-based care organizations preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms like SharePoint
