We are looking for a Premium Destination Sales Consultant to assist clients in planning high-quality travel experiences. This role focuses on providing expert guidance, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing technology-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients in researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiences.
Provide tailored recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to ensure a smooth booking process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination offerings, and promotional deals.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to coordinate bookings.
Deliver outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Access to a computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in internet research and online booking platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service.
Ability to attend virtual training sessions.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is a plus but not required.
