What We Are Looking For A Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or similar field Minimum one year of experience in a school leadership position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, or similar) One year of previous teaching experience Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly school environment Previous responsibility for school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferred To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
