Benefits :Baldwin Academy is seeking a Teacher Aide and a Fully Qualified Teacher who is passionate for children. We are the Best Early Childhood Enrichment Center around the beach area. We are looking to hire the best fit! Our school provides a safe and nurturing environment based on social-emotional principles to support children's well-being and school success. With our love, patience, knowledge and expertise we provide wonderful experiences that ready children for Kindergarten. We encourage independence and build self-esteem that will guide them to their future.
Qualified Teacher Responsibilities :
- Manage learning environment designed to develop the physical, cognitive, emotional, creative and social skills of students aged 0-5 years old.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Adhere to established teaching curriculum
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Document and share student evaluations
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
