Job Summary : The Vice President of Operations serves as a member of the senior management providing leadership, direction, and administrative supervision for all aspects of operations.
- Responsible for developing, leading, and driving organizational growth initiatives.
- Providing leadership, direction, and administrative supervision for the Baton Rouge, LA location.
- Collaborating with leaders, administrators, directors, and various locations to identify best practices for program execution and address barriers or service issues.
- Collaborating with Business Development to improve marketing efforts to expand and implement new programs.
