Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive global marketing plan and brand positioning – from strategy to execution – that supports sales growth in both B2C (consumer property sales) and B2B (recruiting and retention of sales agents) verticals.
- Leads a diverse global team and daily operations of the brand marketing function.
- Developing and implementing campaigns and promotions that position the brand and its agents as global leaders in the luxury real estate arena.
- Acts as the voice of marketing with client groups and provides feedback to the CMO.
- Establishes consistency throughout SIR advertising regarding identity standards.
- Proactively collaborates with various teams to understand current and emerging marketing needs.
- Establishes and manages marketing policies, procedures, and budget.
- Ensures cross-functional marketing teams support brand positioning.
- Communicates effectively across all functions of the organization.
- Researches competitive landscape and stays current on advertising and positioning of competing brands.
