Vice President, Water Environment
The Vice President of Water Environment will assume a crucial leadership role within GBA , spearheading our engineering division's initiatives. This position entails the strategic oversight of diverse water environment projects, particularly those concerning water resource management. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, proficient in project management and adept at nurturing client relationships, all while guiding a team of dedicated professionals.
Essential Functions :
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategic plans aimed at enhancing the suite of water environment services provided by our firm.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a talented team of engineers and project managers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial conceptual design through to successful completion, ensuring that all projects meet rigorous quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, drive business development and identify new project opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the fields of water resources, ensuring that the firm remains competitive and at the forefront of industry developments.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, engineering standards, and best practices that govern environmental stewardship and project execution.
- Develop and deliver compelling project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project goals and value.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff, fostering their professional development and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
