Press Brake Operator
About Our Company : Our Manufacturing Facility in Phoenix, AZ
Job Title : Experienced Press Brake Operator
Overview : We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes to produce precision sheet metal parts. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of metal fabrication.
Responsibilities : Set up and operate CNC press brakes with proper tooling and bend sequences.
Read and interpret blueprints and bend data sheets.
Inspect parts using calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools.
Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot forming issues and perform routine maintenance.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications :
3+ years of CNC press brake setup and operation experience.
Proficient in blueprint reading and precision measurement.
Experience with Amada RGs, or AccurPress machines preferred.
Strong math, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Working Conditions :
This position is based in our manufacturing facility and will involve working in an industrial setting. The work environment may include exposure to noise, vibrations, and potential hazards associated with operating metal fabrication equipment. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Compensation :
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24 per hour.
