Oracle Product Strategy & Management Director – Product, Pricing, and Billing in Honolulu, Hawaii
Job Description
In this role you will work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for banking and insurance. As a member of the product strategy team for Oracle Banking solutions, you will contribute to the definition of product specifications and strategy to enable a modern product configuration, pricing attributes, and billing capabilities for banking and insurance, especially around retail banking products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, lending and leasing, and insurance policies and administration (property, casualty, auto, and home insurances). Knowledge of US regulations and compliance, and market practices around these products are required as you will need to define product specifications around functionality and compliance.
You will also be required to support sales and pre-sales teams in business development opportunities. You will need to initiate and foster relationships with other groups to ensure a holistic development of our product definitions, pricing, decisioning, and billing for retail banking products and insurance. You will also review product documentation and collateral to ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Responsibilities
- Deep experience in defining and structuring products across banking and insurance, with a focus on dynamic pricing models, bundling strategies, and aligning offerings with market demand and regulatory standards.
- Extensive knowledge of designing rewards programs and loyalty schemes to enhance customer engagement, lifetime value, and profitability across banking and insurance sectors, while ensuring compliance.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform features with market needs, scalability, and compliance.
- Expertise in streamlining revenue management and billing across banking, insurance, and utilities sectors, optimizing pricing structures and accounts analysis while integrating offers and rewards seamlessly.
- Analyze and understand the various flavors of product management and hierarchy and the application of the same to retail banks and insurance companies including definitions, configurations, pricing, and decisioning.
- Translate market knowledge into business requirement documents for development.
- Knowledge of corporate banking activities such as corporate deposits and corporate loans would be an added advantage.
- Effectively apply Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test the overall solution that delights prospects and clients.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, partners, customers, and senior management.
- Require business, product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to product management, pricing, billing, and revenue management.
- Effectively manage scope, schedule, resources, and quality throughout development by analyzing factors that influence outcomes such as risk, issues, and dependencies.
- Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of projects, project achievements, and maintain project status.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Support the business development effort for new & expansion opportunities through scoping, solutioning & presentations.
- Promote knowledge by sharing lessons learned, innovations, or new skills with team members.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
