Responsibilities : SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for leading data content support in management of product information and product line access for customer orders via Navision and our web front. This position also works with cross functional teams in order to support the system data content requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in the item attribute management for key customer RFP implementations.
• Participates in the management of the Data Content Access database
• Partner with the Lead Pricing II in the management of supplier cost changes and updates
• Participates in IT testing associated to Navision changes and enhancements
• Responsible for the system maintenance and management of the company overstock process in Navision
• Responsible for managing the updates related to descriptions, class / group / type, web codes, stock and drop profit percentages, etc. provided by the Product Marketing team
• Provides specialized reports and analysis related to the management of data in Navision
• Manages key system update processes and data ports, including the drop change and inactive with inventory processes
• Responsible for the management of web codes and pids associated to the web catalog. Also manages model numbers which are utilized by the web catalog
• Responsible for the loading of alternates / substitutions as they are identified and approved by the Product Marketing team
• Performs other duties as required
