- 1. Design and follow teaching plans according to school curriculum;
- 2. Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate young learners’ abilities;
- 3. Execute assessment of young learners’ performance and progress;
- 4. Co-teach with the classroom teachers and actively participate in the co-planning and co-evaluation;
- 5. Undertake homeroom responsibilities and manage the class according to school schedule;
- 6. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations;
7. Maintain good communication with parents and give regular feedback regarding learners’ progress.
