Insight Global is looking for Project Managers to join the Financial Services group for a large Engineering consulting company. The Financial consulting group services municipalities across the country providing financial and rate planning solutions for municipal water, wastewater, solid waste, electric, and natural gas utilities. The primary responsibility for Project Managers will be to lead advisory efforts with existing or new clients regarding utility rate & cost of service studies, impact fees, user fees and affordability & customer impact analyses. We are looking for individuals who come from a strong analytics background that are able to not only accurately develop analyses regarding utility rates and valuations, but also present those findings to clients via written reporting and / or in-person or virtual presentations. Project managers will be expected to partake in driving business development efforts to develop proposals in response to RFP's. These positions can sit on-site in Temecula, CA, Plano, TX or Orlando, FL. Remote candidates can be considered based off of years of experience and expertise in the field.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15+ years of Project Manager or Consulting Experience
- Strong experience in the consulting services space for municipal water, wastewater, solid waste, electric, and natural gas utilities
- Advanced experience utilizing MS Suite Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
